Nous recherchons un profil D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 m\u00e9dical capable de contribuer \u00e0 la performance de l’organisation dans un environnement pharmaceutique structur\u00e9, exigeant et orient\u00e9 conformit\u00e9. Le r\u00f4le demande une forte rigueur op\u00e9rationnelle, une bonne coordination transverse et une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer les besoins m\u00e9tiers en actions concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n

  • Piloter ou contribuer aux activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 m\u00e9dical<\/li>\n
  • Coordonner les \u00e9changes avec les \u00e9quipes internes et les parties prenantes concern\u00e9es<\/li>\n
  • Garantir la qualit\u00e9, la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et le respect des proc\u00e9dures applicables<\/li>\n
  • Suivre les indicateurs, les priorit\u00e9s et les plans d\u2019action associ\u00e9s<\/li>\n
  • Participer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue des pratiques et outils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Exp\u00e9rience pertinente sur un poste D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 m\u00e9dical ou \u00e9quivalent<\/li>\n
    • Bonne compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019environnement pharmaceutique et de ses exigences<\/li>\n
    • Rigueur documentaire, sens de l\u2019organisation et confidentialit\u00e9<\/li>\n
    • Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec plusieurs d\u00e9partements et \u00e0 communiquer clairement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Atouts appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s<\/h3>\n

      • Exp\u00e9rience dans un environnement pharma industriel, distribution, laboratoire ou si\u00e8ge<\/li>\n

        About the role<\/h3>\n

        We are looking for a Medical Representative profile able to contribute to organizational performance in a structured, demanding and compliance-oriented pharmaceutical environment. The role requires strong operational rigor, cross-functional coordination and the ability to turn business needs into concrete actions.<\/p>\n

        Key responsibilities<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Lead or contribute to activities related to the Medical Representative scope<\/li>\n
        • Coordinate exchanges with internal teams and relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n
        • Ensure quality, traceability and compliance with applicable procedures<\/li>\n
        • Monitor indicators, priorities and related action plans<\/li>\n
        • Contribute to continuous improvement of practices and tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Job requirements<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Relevant experience in a Medical Representative or equivalent role<\/li>\n
          • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and its requirements<\/li>\n
          • Documentation rigor, organization and confidentiality mindset<\/li>\n
          • Ability to work with several departments and communicate clearly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Nice to have<\/h3>\n

            • Experience in pharma industry, distribution, laboratory or headquarters environment<\/li>\n
            • Command of reporting, quality, CRM, ERP or document management tools depending on the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
