As part of the launch of an accredited training institution, we are looking for a Pedagogical Director reporting to the General Management. The role focuses on designing, structuring and leading the academic framework, supervising trainers, monitoring learners and ensuring academic, administrative and documentation compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the institution’s pedagogical strategy
• Design, structure and update training programs, frameworks, pathways and learning materials
• Ensure academic, administrative and documentation compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Lead, support and coordinate the teaching team, trainers and external instructors
• Organize course planning, schedules and teaching workload allocation
• Implement learner assessment, progress tracking and satisfaction measurement mechanisms
• Manage sensitive academic cases and produce periodic reports for management
• Contribute to institutional development, academic partnerships and the institution’s visibility

Must-have requirements

• PhD required in a discipline related to the institution’s activity: management, administration, education sciences or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, training, pedagogical coordination or academic supervision
• Confirmed experience in designing, structuring or managing training programs
• Experience managing teaching teams, trainers or academic supervision activities
• Good knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to accredited training institutions in Algeria
• Excellent command of Arabic and French, spoken and written

Nice to have

• Experience in a private management education institution
• Professional command of English
• Command of learning platforms, digital tools and assessment mechanisms
• Experience developing national or international academic partnerships
