1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") define the conditions governing access to, navigation on, and use of the website https://savvy-career.com (the "Site"), published by Savvy Careers Lab.

The Site is a recruitment and professional intermediation platform that connects candidates and employers.

Any use of the Site implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the user.

2. Site publisher

EURL Savvy Careers Lab, Single-Member Limited Liability Company, acting as a Licensed Private Placement Agency (OPAP), conducting labor-market intermediation activities in accordance with Algerian legislation.

3. Role of the platform

Savvy Careers Lab acts solely as a placement intermediary. In this capacity, the platform:

• Is not the employer of registered candidates.
• Does not guarantee hiring or the conclusion of any employment contract.
• Does not intervene in the contractual relationship between the candidate and the employer.
• Does not substitute itself for the parties in negotiating working conditions.

Any recruitment, hiring, integration or termination decision remains the sole responsibility of the employer.

4. Access to the site

The Site is accessible to the following three categories of users:

• Visitors, free consultation of public content, without registration.
• Candidates, access to candidate features through the creation of a registered account.
• Employers, access to employer features through the creation of a registered and validated account.

Certain features are strictly reserved for registered users. Access to the Site may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

5. Account creation and management

When creating an account, the user undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Login credentials (email and password) are strictly personal and confidential. The user remains solely responsible for any activity performed from the account.

Grounds for suspension or removal

Savvy Careers Lab reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of:

• Non-compliance with these Terms.
• False, misleading, or incomplete declarations.
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the Site.
• Behavior contrary to Algerian legislation in force.
• Infringement of the rights of other users or third parties.

In case of suspected unauthorized account use, the user undertakes to inform Savvy Careers Lab without delay at contact@savvy-career.com.

6. Candidate use of the platform

Candidates may use the platform to search for professional opportunities, create and manage their profile, upload or update their resume, apply to job offers, follow certain applications, save opportunities, and communicate with employers or the Savvy Careers Lab team where such features are available.

Candidate obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, up-to-date, and verifiable information.
• Not publish illegal, misleading, discriminatory, abusive, unauthorized confidential, or manifestly false content.
• Use the platform only for job search, career management, or professional development purposes.
• Not impersonate a third party, create fake profiles, or submit falsified documents.
• Update the profile when important information changes (availability, mobility, contact details, professional status).
• Respect the confidentiality of exchanges with employers and the platform.

7. Employer use of the platform

Employers may use the platform to create or manage their company space, publish job offers, review received applications, manage certain stages of the recruitment process, contact candidates where the feature is available, and access services offered by Savvy Careers Lab.

Employer obligations

• Publish only genuine, current, lawful job offers that comply with Algerian legislation.
• Ensure the accuracy of information provided about the company, roles, working conditions, and recruitment needs.
• Use candidate data only for recruitment purposes and in compliance with confidentiality obligations.
• Not publish discriminatory, fraudulent, misleading, or rights-infringing job offers.
• Update or close job offers when they are no longer available or when the need changes.
• Remain responsible for final selection, interview, hiring, or non-hiring decisions.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, trademarks, videos, illustrations, photographs, graphics, source code, databases, and structures, are the exclusive property of Savvy Careers Lab or its rights holders, and are protected by Algerian and international intellectual property legislation.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or distortion, in whole or in part, of the Site or its content, by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Savvy Careers Lab.

9. General use obligations

Every user of the Site undertakes to:

• The content of job offers published by employers.
• The content of profiles and resumes published by candidates.
• Final recruitment, hiring, or non-hiring decisions.
• Indirect, intangible, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the Site.
• Temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
• Malicious acts by third parties (intrusion, hacking, viruses, etc.) despite the security measures implemented.

11. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the Site are governed by dedicated documents:
