We are looking for a Key Account Manager Pharma profile able to contribute to organizational performance in a structured and demanding environment. The role requires strong operational rigor, cross-functional coordination and the ability to turn business needs into concrete actions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to activities related to the Key Account Manager Pharma scope
  • Coordinate exchanges with internal teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure quality, traceability and compliance with applicable procedures
  • Monitor indicators, priorities and related action plans
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of practices and tools

Must-have requirements

  • Relevant experience in a Key Account Manager Pharma or equivalent role
  • Good understanding of the business environment and its requirements
  • Documentation rigor, organization and confidentiality mindset
  • Ability to work with several departments and communicate clearly

Nice to have

  • Experience in a structured, regulated or fast-growing environment
  • Command of reporting, quality, CRM, ERP or document management tools depending on the role
